It is generally easier in engineer oriented and customer oriented companies as in these types of firms more weightage is given to the values with which engineers are typically having relation and concerned. These values are mainly quality and safety.

Communication is better in these organisations and arriving toward decision is the key objective and faster as compared to financial base companies where managerial conflicts are there.

And for these two type of organization the understanding is very high because people are from same engineering background so very less requirements to act but for the financial organizations the engineers deal with managers with different field of study which makes acting more ethical and dominant factor.
