Ans) Pile foundation will be best for required construction because the tower is of 50 floor so load applied by structure will be very high. To resist such huge loads on rocky sand, pile foundation is recommended

Ans) Hollow core ribbed concrete slab should be selected for such projects because these slabs have four to six longitudinal cores (openings) running through them which reduce the weight of slab maintaining maximum strength .These type of slab is suitable for longer span. Since the span of 12 m is required, these slab will be best choice .
