I think u have asked question that difference between ground water transport of chemical organic particles and inorganic particles.

Since organic particles will easily gets decomposed after some time, so some foul gases may produced.

Organic particles are generally decomposed by hetrotrophic bacteria.

Organic chemicals like phenolic compound may cause some serious health problem.

Inorganic particles such as clay , silt and sand may cause turbidity in water, they gets easily settled.

Some dissolved particles may cause alkalinity in water which further may cause incrustation of pipeline.

Some dissolved particles may cause unpleasant odour and colour in water.

They may cause hardness of water.
