* Borate wood preservatives are less toxic to humans although it should be kept away from water as it is water soluble and if such water is taken then it may cause some health problems like diarrohea, naussea, stomach ache etc.

As we know Arsenic Come under toxic metals may cause cancer. So CCC is more toxic than borate wood preservatives.

* Untreated wood can be damaged anytime by fungi, fire, water etc. Pressure treated wood offer more resistance than untreated wood.
