Bleachability

Bleachability is an evaluation technique in oil for refining process. This term rely on the removal of the original color percentage in the oil.

Bleaching is the process in which the oil is mixed with adsorbents for the removal of the color, minimise the chlorophyll content, oxidation products, trace metals from the crude edible oils.

It is applicable in spotting the quality difference of oil in the time or production, repository and shipment to the buyer.
