Why is the pKa value of the amino group different for cysteine and asparagine? i.e. why...

Why is the pKa value of the amino group different for cysteine and asparagine? i.e. why does Asparagine has a lower pKa for the amino group than cysteine. The pKa of amino group for asparagine is 8.80 and for cysteine amino group it is 10.28.
