Working: In a single beam PDA based Spectrophotometer, Measures relative light intensities of the single beam before and after test sample inserted. during examination os sample, a polychromatic beam from the source is irradiated onto the inlet slit of the polychromator after passing through the compartment. Polychromator function as to disperse the narrow band of spectrum onto the diode array. The photodiode will convert the light into electric signals and then read out as time- series signal by output line.
