UV-visible spectrophotometer is a highly sensitve device.

The major disadvantage is that it is a time taking process to prepare the setup for usage, which plays a key role. If this is not done properly we are left with errors. Even the elctronic noises or other outside contaminants also interfere with the spectrophotometer's readings.

By dedicating a computer solely to UV-visible spectrophotometer we can remove the mentioned major problem. Hence it is adviced.
