Solute has a solubility of 3.29 g in 10 g of water.

So, 10 g of water contains = 3.29 g

1 g of water contains = 0.329 g

Now,

56 g of solution contains 10 g of solute in

1 g of solution contains 10/56 g of solute

1 g of solution contains 0.18 g of solute

Since the solubility is 0.329 g of solute in 1 g of solution and now you have 0.18 g of solute in 1 g of solution.

So, it is a unsaturated solution, since the solute contains below the solubility.
