Balance it

Take out spectator ions (Sr and NO3)

3OH-(aq) + Al+3(aq) ---> Al(OH)3(s)

nitric acid reacts with ammonia

NH3(aq) + HNO3(aq) ----> NH4NO3(aq)

The net ionic (take out espectator ions)

NH3(aq) + H+(aq) + ---> NH4+(aq)

Stontium reacts with nitric acid

Sr(s) + 2HNO3 --> Sr(aq) + H2(g) + NO3-
