so, CH3Co2 will undergo salt hydrolysis

(2) When Hcl is added, it will react with NaOH, and soon as NaOH is consumed reation will shift in forward (right) direction.

(3) If NaOh is added, then it will react with acid ( CH3COOH) and will shift reaction in the forward direction.

hence, more amount of NaCH3Co2 will get consumed.
