Enantiomers have the same physical properties except the specific rotation. One enantiomer rotates the plane polarized light towards right side and other towards left side.

Enantiomers have the same chemical properties except the reaction with a chiral reagent.

Diastereomers are the stereoisomers which have the different physical properties and have some chemical properties.

2. The column chromatography is the separation technique which works based on polarity of the molecule. Since enantiomers have same polarity (a physical quantity), they can not separate by column chromatography. Option 2 is not a correct answer.
