2 H2O2   Heat-----> 2H2O + O2

2 moles of H2O2 ------->    22.4 L oxygen at STP

1mol of H2O2 ------->    11.2 L oxygen at STP

Volume strength of H2O2 = 12 (given)

Volume strength of H2O2 = 11.2 x Strength of H2O2

Strength of H2O2 = Volume strength of H2O2/ 11.2

= 12/11.2 = 1.07M

Strength of H2O2 = 1.07M
