In the saturated solution , no more solute can be dissolved. The further addition of Na3PO4 will not cause its dissolution infact precipitation will occur.

Since Na3PO4 is an ionic compound , it dissociates in the solution as :

Na3PO4 = 3Na+ + PO4-

Since each mol of compound dissociates into 3 moles of sodium and 1 mol of phosphate ions , so the concentration of sodium ions is as much as three times the concentration of phosphate ions.
