b. noble gas ground state configuration = [Uuo]8s^2 7d^10 6f^14 9s^1 5g^18 8p^5

c. Predicted atomic radius = 170.57 pm

ionic radius = 440.8 pm

d. This material undoubtely would only exist as a solid. As the element gets hevaier, it stays on;y in solid state. since this element would be having greater mass than Iodine which again is a solid, thus too would stay as solid at room temperature.
