The number of eggs in your refrigerator. --> quantized (integer)

The volume of milk in a glass --> continuous number, not quantized

The diameter of a tree. --> continuous number, not quantized

The number of bricks in a wall. --> quantized (integer)

In general... if those are integers, and not continuous number, i.e. it is discrete number... then it is a quantized number

this is probably aiming to show you why energy is quantized, i.e. in packages, since the least amount of unit (quanta) is packed in units of discrete energy
