Fredrick Sanger was one of the talented and twice Nobel Prize winner Biologist as well as Chemist. His work on Chemistry have many significance. His basic research area was based on Biology + Chemistry (Biochemistry). His most work was based on Protein, Amino Acid. He started his first work on Insulin. He proved that Proteins are composed of Amino acids and linked with Amide bond. He also discovered sequence of amino acid derived fro proteins.

His work on DNA Replication was outstanding. It gives new direction to biochemistry. He also sequenced DNA, RNA and Insulin also. History of Fredrick Sanger was remarkable it brings revolution in field of Biochemistry.
