      = 4.75

PH   = PKa + log[acetate]/[acetic acid]

3.29   = 4.75 + log[acetate]/[acetic acid]

log[acetate]/[acetic acid] = 3.29-4.75

log[acetate]/[acetic acid]    = -1.46

[acetate]/[acetic acid]         = 10^-1.46

[acetate]/[acetic acid]         = 0.03467

[acetate]:[acetic acid]           = 0.03467 :1
