Dissolve the compound in ethylacetate in minimum amount, and start adding hexane to the mixture, with swirling shaking. The hexane addition is done untill the turbidity formed just persists.

Keep the beaker undisturbed, covered with aluminum foil with small holes ( made using pin or needles) for few hours.

If the crystal growth doesn't begin, add some more compound with the help of glass rod.

Note keep the beaker in a concrete platform, as it will provide a cooler temperature in comparison to wooden platform
