What is the difference between ∆rG and ∆rG(knot)?
∆rGo is the free energy at standard conditions . that means at 25oC temperature and fixed concentration of reactants exactly at equilibrium
∆rGo = - RT ln Keq
here T = 298 K
Keq = equilibrium constant. it is equal to product of the concentration of products divide by reactants at equilibrium
∆rG is the free energy at any temperature and any concentration of reactants and pressure
∆rG = ∆rGo + R T ln Q
Q is the reaction quotient. it is the concentration of products divide by concentration of reactants at any concentration
T = any temperature
