Liquid water is most essential for the survival of living organisms.

A proper diet cycle includes uptake of right amount of carbohydrates, fats and nutrients having sufficient liquid water content. Along with this the water is also consumed directly to maintain proper liquidity inside the body. The water which enters into the plants through evaporation, condensation and precipitation process is transferred into the food items supplied by them. Thus a proper diet chart is necessary to maintain the energy and liquid water content of the body at all times. the liquid water intake directly relates to the amount of food consumed per day.
