weight of CH3OH (w) = 6.57g

G.M.Wt of CH3OH = 32g/mole

volume of solution = 150ml

molarity = W*1000/G.M.Wt *volume of solution

             = 6.57*1000/32*150   = 1.37M

b.

molarity = W*1000/G.M.Wt *volume of solution

weight of CaCl2 (w) = 10.4g

G.M.Wt of CaCl2 = 111g/mole

volume of solution = 220ml

molarity = W*1000/G.M.Wt *volume of solution

              = 10.4*1000/111*220 = 0.426M
