Conc. in g/L = Conc. in Molarity*Molar mass = 0.187*387 = 72.37 g/L = 7.237 g/dl = 7237 mg/dl
Since the borderline for normal cholesterol range is about 270 mg/dL, but the conc in this case is way too much (7237 mg/dL), so the concentration is not within normal parameters.
