2. Viscosity occurs in fluids due to the frictional resistance to the motion of fluid. So, frictional resistance causes viscosity.

3. Electrical Conductivity occur due to charge. When there is presence of some charge which can contact with the electrons flowing, it causes electrical conductivity. So, the key factor is presence of charge.
