what is the equivalent point of a titration? give a precise definition

Homework Answers

Answer #1

We determine the concentration of a substance by the addition of substance whose concentration is alreadu known from burette to flask. Substance whose concentration is already known is the titrant and the substance whose concentration is to be determined is known as teh titrate. End point in the titration can be determined by obnserving the color change. Equivalence point is nothing but the end point of the tritration where there will be the equivalent amounts of acid and bases
