a) first lets see the defination of enantiomers.

compounds having same molecular formula and same physical and chemical properties except optical rotation.

it means all propeerties are sme if all properties are same same bonding nature   so same stretching in IR.

so enantiomers IR spectra will be same.

b) enantiomers are the compounds having same molecular formula but vary in physical property. meand some physical properties are different. if some physical properties are different obviously some bonding nature and interactions will be different. so IR stretching will be different.

so diastereomers will be different IR stretching.
