Answer #1

Solution:

Wine Sugar,g Yeast,g Juice,g Rank
W-1 50 3 200 2
W-1 100 1 200 3
W-3 100 3 200 1

The ranking is provided for quick reference, W-3 wine is the best as its having 1:1 ratio for sugar:yeast, yeast helps in the process of digesting all sugars in fruit juice to alcohol, as no fermentation results in sugar free as a low amount of residual sugar will always left which gives a little sweet taste in wines.

As per suggestion W-3 is best in maintainance of yeast:sugar ratio, W-1 preferred second as its have more alcoholic strength but less in sugar and finally W-2 is last preferrred as its similar to packaged to fruit juices, contains more sugar instead of alcohol ratio.
