The concentration-time data must be plotted with a linear x-axis and a logarithmic y-axis.that is Ln of concentration on Y-axis and time on X-axis. This is called as a “semi-log” plot.To draw this polt we first start with final data point i.e, final time andLn of concentration at that time and moving backwards, toward time zero ,and as many as is practical point are fit we get a linear regression .The slope of the line is equal to -kel .
