The colligative properties of solution depends upon the number of particles.

The electrolyte solution are ionisable to gives ions . So number of particles are increases after ionization.

Eg Before ionzation NaCl number of particles are 1

       After ionization number of particles are 2

NaCl(s) --------------> Na^+ (aq) + Cl^-(aq)

The non electrolytes are not ionisable . Before and after dissolve same particles.

Hence ionization affect the colligative properties of solution
