We know ,

pH + pOH = 14

so, pOH = 14- pH

               = 14 – 11.43

               = 2.57

We know

[OH-] = 10-pOH

          = 10-2.57

[Ca(OH)2] = 2*[OH-]

So. [Ca(OH)2] = 0.00269 M / 2

                       = 0.0013 M
