solving the quadratic equation

x = 0.1383 and one value will be rejected since it is greater than 0.1550 otherwise the CO concentration will be negative

Equilibrium concentration of CO = 0.1550 - 0.1383 = 0.0167

Equilibrium concentration of Cl2 = 0.171 - 0.1383 = 0.0327

Equilibrium concentration of CoCl2 = x = 0.1383
