explanation:

when KHP was present on balance pan while weighing the NaOH it will effect the concentration of NaOH. KHP will react with NaOH forms salt from the following eqaution.

KHP + NaOH ----------------------> NaKP + H2O

so some moles of NaOH already react with KHP . the mass measured is not actual mass of NaOH . it is the mass of NaOH and salt formed from KHP. so the total mass is more than that of NaOH measured mass . apparently the mass of NaOH decreases . so moles decreases . if moles decreases moalrity also decreases
