Beer's Law Equation (Absorbance = e L c) is used when you were given the molar absorptivity constant (or molar absorbtivity constant). In this equation, e is the molar absorbtivity constant. L is the path length of the cell holder. c is the concentration of the solution.

So according to above equation we could not determine the concentration of each substance in the solution if we are given only the molar absorbtivity constant. We also need absorbance of substance and path length L. So the answer is NO.
