In enzyme kinetics Kd and Ks are different parameters.
Ks is a measure of affinity which is defined as substrate concentration at which it reaches half the value of Vmax. This means that smaller is the value of Ks greater will be the affinity.
Kd is the dissociation constant and it measures the dissocation of substrate from the complex of enzyme formed with the substrate.
So greater the dissocation constant the lesser wil be the affinity of enzyme for the substrate as it wil have less tendency to dissociate,
