suppose if i am doing simple organic reactions Column chromato graphy is the best way to separete and isolate the product

suppose compound is mixture is Acid and nuetral or base and nuetral or acid and base

the solvent extraction is the best method

where as if you compound is two different solvent mixture with huse difference of the boiling points then

fractional distillation is the best way to isolare

like several ways are there to isolate
