l = (n-1) and can be 0

m = +/- l and can be 0 as well

spin = +1/2 or -1/2 only

3,3,1,1/2 ----> not valid since n = l

3,3,-2,-1/2 ----> not valid since n = l

4,3,3,-1/2 --> valid

2,1,-1,-1/2 --> valid

0,2,1,1/2 --> not valid, n cant be 0

4,3,4,-1/2 --> not valid sicne m > l

3,2,-1,-1/2 --> valid

3,2,1,1 --> not valid, spinc cnat be 1

3,1,-1,1/2 --> valid

3,-2,-2,-1/2 --> valid
