The report found four major causes of casualties in Hiroshima and Nagasaki

1. the blast (and pressure) of the explosion and fires .and these fires are three types

  primary fires (those from the bomb's heat), secondary fires (those from collapse or damage to infrastructure), and fires that came from the original fires.

2. injuries from infrastructure collapse,

3. flying debris or the bomb's pressure waves,
