The Ramachandran's graph plot the allowed angles:

You see the bond can rotate and the bond can rotate too. The peptide bond can't rotate because there is a partial double bond. Now, rotation depends on the alkyl group R1.

Except for glysine and proline, the most likely region populated is the parallel beta sheet.
