(a). Addition of NaOH and

(c). Addition of NH4Cl

Shifts the equilibrium towards backward side, therefore percentage of NH3 increases.

Because, with the addition of NaOH , concentration of OH- ion on the products side increases, due to that equilibrium shifts in backward direction.

Similarly, addition of NH4Cl increase the concentration of NH4+ on the products side, therefore equilibrium will shifts in backward side.

Hence, Percentage of NH3 increases.
