PKa   = -logKa

         = -log1.05*10^-4

         = 3.9788

[Acd]   = 0.43M

[Salt]   = 0.18M

PH   = PKa + log[Salt]/[Acid]

           = 3.9788 + log0.18/0.43

           = 3.9788-0.3782

            = 3.6006 >>>answer
