aspartic acid will travel fastest in a water solvent on a hydrophobic substrate as leucine, isoleucine and phenylalanine are nonpolar side chain amino acids so they have hydrophobic side chain which interact strongly with surface of hydrophobic substrate and move slowly in water solvent while aspartic acid is acidic amino acid having a acid group in side chain so interact weakly with hydrophobic substrate and hence move fastest in water solvent on a hydrophobic substrate.
