water soluble vitamins are known as vitamin B-complex group. these are thiamin (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), folate (folic acid), vitamin B12, biotin and pantothenic acid.

Niacin is a coenzyme and degrade carbohydrates, fats, proteins and alcohols.

Biotin is a coenzyme and it is used in carboxylase enzymes. also it involved in the synthesis of fatty acids, valine, isoleucine.
