(a) decreasing atomic radius : As the number of shells increases, atomic radius value also increases

decreasing order of atomic radius : S > Si > Na

(b) increasing first ionization energy : As the elements goes from left to right in periodic table, ionization energy increases as they try to reach octet configuration.

Order : Na < Si < S

(c) decreasing electronegativity : As the size of atom increases, its nuclear attraction for the valence electron decreases so electronegativity also goes down.

Order : Na > Si > S
