Did you know that density is intrinsic to an object, so we can always compare numbers and find out what a material is just by knowing its density? That is pretty neat, in my opinion! What would happen if I gave you three objects: a red cylinder, a black cube, and a gray cube, and I told you that the red cylinder and the gray cube have the same density, but the black cube has a different density. What would you conclude about the material that the objects are made from?
