Answer #1

We must remeber everything can act as poison depending upon dose. A substance benificial at low dose can be harmfull at high dose. The best example is the medicine we take. Most of the medicine that we take is benifificial at low dose only. At high dose these medicines may cuse death. Similarly many nutrients like Ca2+ Fe2+ are benificial only at low dose. Vitamins are also required in lower quantities, a high dose of vitamins also may be detrimental to health.

The carbohydrates , protiens, fats etc must be taken adequately by humans. Their low dose is harmfull to health.
