We have to look at the polar molecules. Since calcium bicarbonate is in ionic nature it is highly polar than any of the other molecule.

So Calcium bicarbonate mostly likely dissolves in water.

Ksp value of CaCO3 is smallest which suggest that calcium and Carbonate ions are not dissociated strongly. So the answer is CaCO3.
