because for the formation of intermolecular H-bonding ,THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS MUST BE SATISFIED

1) The molecule must contain more electronegative atom like N,O,F

2) THAT MORE ELECTRONEGATIVE ATOM SHOULD BE ATTACHED TO HYDROGEN ATOM

THESE TWO CONDITIONS SATIFIED BY THE INGREDIANTS PRESENT IN WINDEX

HENCE THE FORECE PRESENT IN WINDEX ARE HYDROGEN BONDING
