The reactions are

NO2+ F2--------> NO2F+ F

NO2+F------>NO2F

NO2F is nitryl fluoride and its structure suggests that

it is a stable compound. where are in case of NO2 and F, the octet rule is not satisfied

This is true with F as well which has got one electrons short of filling the valance electrons [He] 2s22p5

so the intermediates are NO2F and F.
