For this type of questions the regular procedure is that we have-

1 calculate Empirical formula

2 calculate Empirical weight from Empirical weight

3 Divide Molecular Weight by Empirical weight, and that number must be a integer.

4 Now multiply that integer to the numbers in Empirical Formula in subscript.

But in this question options if Molecular formula are already given. Si there is no need to calculate Empirical formula just check Molecular Weight of each Molecular formula given in the options. Now which have 190 Molecular Weight is the correct option and i.e. C6H22O6.
