Taking the following data, determine deltaH_vap for 2-propanol. Attach Excel spreadsheet and graph and show work.

I am not sure how to approach this problem. Do the formula 4 times for all the changes in temp & pressure? And add them at the end or something? I don't understand how to find the final answer for deltaH_vap. Thanks!
